Smart Hub Logo

Online/SmartHub

SmartHub is LUS's online bill payment system that also allows you to set up automatic payments, make one-time payments, view your billing statement, and even monitor your utility usage history. SmartHub accepts payments made via Electronic Check or Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa only). Click below to either establish your account, access an existing account, or submit a one-time payment.

Bank Draft

Have your monthly LUS payment(s) automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on your due date. There is no fee for this service, and you can complete the application form below. With Bank Draft, you won’t have to worry about your payment arriving late.

Phone Payments

Phone payments can be made 24/7/365 by calling our toll-free payment line at 1-855-940-3879. The automated phone system can process payments via Electronic Check or Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa only).

Kiosk

LUS kiosks are one of the fastest, easiest ways to pay your LUS statement. Our kiosks accept cash*, credit card, or check.

LUS accepts payments in person (lobby and drive-thru) at our Customer Service Office located at 25 Public Sq, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only).

Mail

LUS provides all of our customers who receive their statement by mail with a return envelope. Just include the bottom section of your bill, payment (Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check), and apply postage. Be sure to allow ample time for your payment to arrive at our office if mailing in your payment(s).
