LUS wants to make it as easy as possible for you to manage your account and make payments. Below you will find links to our SmartHub portal where you can register your account, or sign-in to an existing account to make changes, view consumption, and view your current or historical billing statements. You will also find links to enroll in Bank Draft, Round Up, or to make changes to your preferred payment method (not linked to SmartHub).

Bank Draft

Enrolling in Bank Draft means that your monthly payment will be automatically drafted on the due date each month using your designated payment method.
